User Permissions (Admin)

The following is a detailed description of User Permissions.

Administrator: The Administrator (or Admin) has full, unrestricted access to all features in Vuepak. These permissions include:

• Full access to the Admin Panel and all its features.
• Full access to the Billing page and all its features.
• Ability to make changes to the Company Information on the My Account page.
• Ability to add and delete Users.
• Ability to create and delete Packages.
• Ability to share user Templates with other users.
• Ability to view User Activity.

User Permissions are limited in terms of what users can do with packages and reseller sequences. These permissions are assigned by the Administrator. Below is a description of these permissions:

• Creates Reseller Sequences: Allows the user to create and edit reseller sequences. To learn more about resellers, see the article titled Introduction to Resellers.
• View Reseller Sequences: Allows the user to view existing reseller sequences but not make any changes.
• Create Packages: Allows the user to Create Packages, Upload Files, Brand Packages, and select the Conversion method. The user can also assign packages to other account users and enable Edit Package permissions for those users.

• Package Permissions. Clicking the edit pencil icon opens the Package Permissions page.

• Assign: Allows the selection of packages to assign to the user. Once assigned, the user will be able to send those packages via email and text message or post them on social media and other locations.
• Edit: Allows the user to make changes to the package, including adding or deleting files, altering branding, or modifying permissions. The Edit option will not appear if you created the package yourself, as you already have this permission.

Note: Any package created by a user will appear in the "Create Packages" section of the Admin’s account. The Admin will need Edit permission to make changes to the package, just like any other user. However, Admins can enable their own Edit permission.
