When someone views a package and its contents, the results will appear on the Admin Panel History page. Vuepak can show you how many times files have been viewed, and in the case of videos, audio, and documents, it can indicate how long they were viewed. The View Details page provides the view and download results for each individual file in a package. Follow these steps to review these results:
1. Click Admin Panel. The submenu will appear.
2. Click History.
3. Select an entry and click Views.
4. Select a file and click Details.
The File Name column displays the name of the file. For videos and audio, it includes the total duration time in parentheses. For documents, it shows the file name along with the total number of pages in parentheses.
The File Activity column indicates when any file was viewed, heard, or downloaded.
The Duration column shows how long each video or audio file has been viewed or heard. You can quickly compare performance by looking at the total duration time next to the file name.
The Total Duration column appears only for documents and shows the total time spent reading a multipage document.

In the Page Detail column, you will see Page Views. Clicking on Page Views will break down how much time was spent reading each page of the document.
A single-page entry appears when the document is set to Standard Mode in the package, while a two-page entry will appear when the document is set to Magazine mode, as shown below.
Note: There is a maximum of 30 minutes per page view. If any page shows that it was viewed for the full 30 minutes, it likely indicates that the recipient walked away from the computer or device and left the document open.
The Images and Downloads columns will display the date and time when each file was viewed or downloaded.
