The Vuepak Team
The User Activity page provides the account administrator with a report on the performance of the company team.
To visit this page, follow these steps:
1. Click Admin Panel on the main menu.
2. Click User Activity
3. Select your desired channel from the dropdown. The options are:
a) Packages Sent
b) Packages Shared
You can filter by user and timeframe, or by date range.
When Packages Sent is selected, you will see the following columns:

Team Member: Displays the name of the user in the company account.

Packages Emailed: Shows the total number of packages sent by the user via email for the specified period.

Assigned Leads: Indicates the leads assigned to the user by uploading a CSV file via the Admin Panel / Lead Import page.

Leads Contacted: Shows the number of leads contacted by the user through Vuepak.

Contact Ratio: Displays the percentage difference between the leads assigned and those contacted.

Log Ins for Period: Indicates how many times the user has logged in within the specified period from the dropdown filter.

Last Log In: Shows the last time the user logged in.
When Packages Shared is selected, you will see the following columns:

Team Member: Displays the name of the user in the company account.

Packages Shared: Shows the total number of packages shared by the user on social media or via the Link to Package.

Leads Generated: Indicates the total number of leads generated by the user when the package requires a form to be completed to view it. Learn more by reviewing the article titled Sharing on Social Media and Beyond.

Conversion Rate: Displays the ratio between the packages shared that require a lead form and the leads that have been acquired.
