The Admin Template Log helps the Administrator review the effectiveness of the templates being used by users and resellers. To view the Admin Template Log, follow these steps:
1. Click Admin Panel on the main menu. A sub-menu will appear.
2. Click Template Log.
3. You can filter the results using the dropdowns to select the criteria you'd like to review:
a) Team Templates, Reseller Templates or by User Name
b) Sent by Email or Text Message
c) All Records or by a specific Time Frame
Team Templates by Email
When reviewing Team Templates by Email, you will see the following columns:
- Template Name: Displays the template name and who created it.
- Folder: Shows the folder location of the template in the user account.
- Total Uses: Displays the total number of times the template has been used.
- Email Open Rate: Indicates how effective your email subject was in getting the email opened.
- Package Open Rate: Indicates how effective your email message body was in prompting recipients to open the package.
