Reseller Activity

The Reseller Activity tab provides insights into how Resellers are engaging with prospects and customers.

To review the Reseller Activity, follow these steps:

1. Click Admin Panel from the main menu.

2. Select Resellers.

3. Click the Activity tab.

You can filter by Channel. Options are:

a) Email

b) Text Message

c) Facebook

d) Twitter

e) LinkedIn

f) Link to Package

You can also filter by Reseller, a fixed timeframe, or date range.

Results are displayed in the following columns:

• Reseller: The name of the Reseller.
• Packages Emailed, Texted, or Shared: The number of packages sent or shared through each channel.
• Leads Acquired: The total number of leads acquired. For more information, see Sharing Packages on Social Media and Beyond.
• Conversion: The percentage of viewers who completed a conversion compared to the total packages sent or shared. To learn more, see Converting Someone that Views a Package.
