Reseller Permissions

After your Resellers accept your invitation, you can share your packages and sequences with them. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Click Admin Panel on the main menu.

2. Click Resellers.

Note: You can assign only packages, or you can assign sequences that include any associated packages and email templates.

If you would like to assign only packages, you have two options:

a) Assign packages to one Reseller at a time.

To do so, follow these steps:

1. Under the Package column, select a Reseller entry and click Permissions.

2. Select the packages you want to assign to the Reseller.

b) Bulk Assign Packages to multiple Resellers at once.

To do so, follow these steps:

1. Checkmark as many Resellers as you would like to assign packages to.

2. Click the Action Menu, then select Bulk Assign Packages.

3. In the pop-up, checkmark the packages you want to share.

4. Click Add All Selected Packages.

5. Click OK.

To assign sequences, along with their packages and email templates, you have two options:

Note: When a sequence that includes packages is shared with a reseller, the packages will be automatically shared as well. If you remove the sequence permission, the package permission will remain. To remove package permission, you must complete an additional step.

a) Assign sequences to one Reseller at a time.

To do so, follow these steps:

1. Under the Sequence column, select a Reseller entry and click Permissions.

Note: Sequences must be enabled for them to appear on the permissions page.

Note: Only sequences with permissions set to Reseller Read Only can be shared with Resellers. Resellers will not have write permissions.

2. Checkmark the sequences you would like to share.

b) Bulk Assign Sequences to multiple Resellers at once.

To do so, follow these steps:

1. Checkmark as many Resellers as you’d like.

2. Click the Action Menu, then select Bulk Assign Sequences.

3. In the pop-up, checkmark the sequences you want to share.

4. Click Add All Selected Sequences.

5. Click OK.

Note: Sequences that include email message steps with the Add Signature option enabled will be delivered using the sender's signature at the Reseller's location.

Important Note: When creating a sequence, it’s good practice to use reseller templates for your sequence messages. This allows you to assess the effectiveness of your subject lines and message content by reviewing results in the Reseller Template Log. Reseller templates are specifically designed for use in reseller sequences and do not appear on the reseller's templates page. Please note that the reseller will not see the sequence until it is activated. To learn more about activating a sequence, please refer to the last step in the article titled Adding Steps to Your Sequence. If a reseller sequence is deactivated or deleted by its creator, it will no longer appear for the reseller.
