The Reseller Media Totals tab allows you to review how the packages shared with your Resellers are performing. This data can help you determine if certain media files need to be updated or replaced. For example, if a 3-minute video is being watched for only 30 seconds on average, it may need to be revised or replaced.
To access the Reseller Media Totals, follow these steps:
1. Click Admin Panel on the main menu.
2. Click Resellers.
3. Click the Media Totals tab.
Now that you are on the Media Totals page, you can filter the results by All, by Reseller, by a fixed timeframe, or by a specific date range.
Results are displayed in the following columns:
- Package Name: Displays the name of the package.
- Package Views: Shows the total number of views for the package.
- Interest: Indicates the level of viewer interest based on engagement.
- File Views: Clicking File Views for any entry will display the individual media file views and averages.
Note: File views are aggregates and averages of all media sent or shared by reseller team members combined.
The following is a detailed description of the columns:
File Name: Displays the name of the file. For video and audio files, the file length will be shown in parentheses.
The Rating column displays the total number of Likes and Dislikes combined from all recipients.
The File Views column shows the total number of views by all recipients for each file in a package that was sent.
The Average Duration column, for video, audio, and documents, shows the average amount of time the video was watched, the audio was listened to, or the document was viewed.
