Sharing packages on social media
You can easily post packages on social media and generate a link to a package for use in other locations, such as websites, blogs, or anywhere else.
To post on social media, follow these steps:
1. On the main menu, click Post Packages and select your desired social media platform.
Note: On Facebook, you will have the option to post on both your personal profile and business pages.
2. Checkmark the package you would like to share. It will then appear above the Share button.
Note: When sending multiple packages, they will be presented to the recipient in the order that you selected.
Optional: Right above the packages, you can set an Expiration Date. The recipient will no longer be able to view the package after your selected date. This setting will only affect this specific instance and not future sharing.
3. If you wish to require fields to be completed to view the package, select your required fields. This is optional if you want to collect leads and works best when posting informational, educational, or expert material. To learn more, see the article named Converting Someone that Views a Package.
Note: If you selected to share multiple packages at once, the form page will feature the first package you added.
4. Click Share, and a popup will appear to complete your post.
Note: If you have multiple Facebook pages, a pop-up will appear allowing you to choose which page to post to.
Note: When sharing on social media channels, the product image will automatically appear in the post.
This image is a sample of what leads will see when they click on the link, with all fields required to view the package. To learn how to access the leads you collect, refer to the article titled View Your Leads and Their Comments.
Sharing packages anywhere else
To share packages elsewhere, follow these steps:
1. Click Post Packages on the main menu, then select Link to Package.
2. Checkmark the package you would like to share. It will then appear above the Get Link button.
Note: When sending multiple packages, they will be presented to the recipient in the order you selected.
Optional: Right above the packages, you can set an Expiration Date. After this date, the recipient will no longer be able to view the package. This selection only affects this specific instance and not future sharing.
3. Enter a Name for the location where you are sharing, such as the name of a blog post or website.
4. You have two options for how analytic results will be reported:
a) Campaign: This option assumes you are expecting many people to view the package. The Activity Log will show Total Views, displaying an aggregate of all views and the average time spent on videos, audio, and documents. For more information on this type of Activity Log result, refer to the article titled Package Views.
b) Individual: In some cases, you may be using a different communication method and want to send a package link to just one person and review their individual Activity Log results. For example, you might want to text a link to a client from your personal mobile number. In this case, you would check the option This link is for an individual and not for a public campaign.
5. If you wish to require fields to be completed to see the package, select your required fields. This is optional and works best for collecting leads when sharing informational, educational, or expert material.
Note: If you selected to share multiple packages at once, the form page will feature the first package you added.
6. Click Get Link, and a link will be copied to your clipboard that you can paste anywhere you like.
Hint: If you do not wish for the package to be available any longer, you can delete the entry in the History page. Keep in mind that this will result in the loss of the Activity Log results and their associated leads or conversions.

To learn about how these results will display in the Activity Log, see the following article: Introduction to the Activity Log
