To send packages via text message, follow these steps:
1. Click Send Packages on the main menu and select Text Packages.
2. To add a package, select the checkmark on the left of its name. You will notice that the package image will now appear under "Remember these options" on the right side. You can add more packages if you like.
Hint: Your packages appear on the left. If packages are missing, they have not been assigned to you. Only your account administrator can assign packages. If you are the administrator, please see the article named Assigning Packages to Users.
Note: When sending multiple packages, they will be presented to the recipient in the order that you selected.
Optional: Right above the packages, you can set an Expiration Date. The recipient will no longer be able to view the package after your selected date. Your selection will only affect the recipients you are sending to on this specific instance and not anyone else you have sent to in the past or will send to in the future.
3. Enter the First Name of the recipient.
4. Enter the Last Name.
5. Enter the Mobile Number.
Hint: Any name and mobile number entered for the first time will automatically be added to the Default Address Book. The next time you are sending to the same recipient, their information will appear as an autofill option once you start typing their name or mobile number.
6. You can now Insert a Template or write a Message in the text message field. To learn how to create Templates, please see the article named How to Create Templates.
(Optional) Click Ask AI to access helpful features that can assist you in writing your message.
Lastly, you can add a trackable link with custom anchor text by clicking the link icon.
7. In the Options section, choose Send Now to deliver your package immediately or Deliver On if you would rather schedule it for delivery in the future. You will have a choice of date and time.
8. Lastly, you have a few more Options:

Send me an email notification when the package is opened. This option will email you to let you know when your package has been opened.

Send me an email notification every time the package is opened. This option will email you every single time the package is reopened by each recipient.

Remember these options. When checked, your selected options will reappear the next time you send a package.
9. Click Send Text, and you will receive a confirmation that your package was sent.
