On the Activity Log view pages, you can review additional results for the packages you have sent or shared.
To see the Package File Views, click Activity Log on the main menu.
On the far right of the Activity Log table, you will see the File Views column. It will display the following results:
a) No Views: Indicates there are no file views for the package.
b) Views: Appears when a package has been sent to only one recipient. Clicking on Views will open the views page, where you can see how many times the recipient viewed each file.
c) Total Views: Appears when a package has been sent to multiple recipients individually or when shared with form fields that need to be completed. Clicking on Total Views will open the views page, allowing you to see how many views each file has received by all recipients combined, along with average view times for video, audio, and documents.
Note: Since not all messages will include a package, there may be times when the entry is empty.
You can click the View icon to visit the Views page and review the package media results.
When you open the Views page, you will first notice the Package Analytics section. If you sent the package via email, you will also see an Emails section. Below is a description of each result.

Note: It is very important to keep your Address Books clean and avoid both Complaints and Hard Bounces, as having too many can damage your domain's reputation. To learn more about cleaning your Address Books and some helpful tools, see the article titled Cleaning Your Address Books.
Further down the page, you will see results displayed by file category. The categories include videos, audio, images, documents, and downloads. You can see how many times each media file has been viewed, heard, or downloaded.
Note: When files are downloaded from the players and viewers, Vuepak will count the download as a view.
If anyone who viewed your package clicked Like or Dislike for a media file, the results will be shown in the Rating column.
Clicking on Details under the File Log column will take you to the Details page, where you will see the date of each file view and download. For video, audio, and documents, you will also see how long each file was viewed or heard. To learn more about the Details page, please see the following article: View Details.
