You can brand your package by uploading a product logo, a product image, and entering a short description. This branding will appear in your emails, when sharing the package on social media, and when generating a link to the package.
If you are the Administrator or have been granted Edit or Create Packages permissions, you will see the Create Packages icon on the main menu. To brand your package, follow these steps:
1. On the main menu, click Create Packages.
2. Choose a package and click on the Brand icon.
3. To add your product image, click Change Image or drag and drop your image over the sample product image. Acceptable file formats are JPG and PNG, but a transparent PNG is always preferable.
Note: The minimum product image size is 600 x 400 px, but any aspect ratio is acceptable.
Hint: You can change these images at any time. If you choose not to use any images, Vuepak will display the default images. You can also reset to the default images whenever needed.
4. To add your product brand logo, click Change Image or drag and drop your logo over the sample logo. Acceptable file formats are JPG and PNG, with transparent PNGs recommended to avoid background issues.
Note: The minimum brand logo size is 600 x 400 px, but any aspect ratio is acceptable.
Optional: Below this section, you will see an optional checkbox to Omit the logo on the lead generation page. If your product logo is the same as your company logo, you may want to select this option to avoid displaying the same logo twice on the lead generation page when sharing packages. Learn more about this in the article on Sharing Packages on Social Media and Beyond.
5. Add a brief package description.
6. Click Save.
7. Optional: Click Preview to see what the email will look like.
Hint: You can always preview the email and the package while preparing to send it.
When you preview, you can also switch between email templates to see how each one will look.
Hint: When using the template to send messages, your email content will appear above the graphic.
To proceed to the next step and learn how to upload files to your package, see the article titled Uploading Files to Your Package.
