The Reseller Template Log tab displays the performance of templates used by Resellers. Templates you create for Reseller sequences will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of your subject lines and message content.
Important Note: You must use templates in a Reseller sequence to generate any results in the Template Log.
To access the Reseller Template Log, follow these steps:
1. Click Admin Panel on the main menu.
2. Click Resellers.
3. Click the Template Log tab.
Use the dropdowns to select the results you’d like to review:
- All or by Reseller
- Templates sent by Email or Text Message
- Time frame
The results will be displayed in the table. When selecting Templates by Email, the following columns will be shown:
- Template Name: Displays the name of the template.
- Folder: Indicates the folder where the template is located.
- Total Uses: Shows the number of times the template has been used.
- Email Open Rate: Displays the percentage of emails opened versus messages sent using the template. This is a good indicator of how well your email subject is performing.
- Package Open Rate: Displays the percentage of packages opened versus packages sent using the template. This is a good indicator of how well your email body is performing.
Note: The only case where a package may not show as opened, even if it was viewed, is when it contains only a single image file. This is because the image is displayed immediately, with no other content to trigger an interaction.
When reviewing Templates by Text Message, the following columns will be shown:
- Template Name: Displays the name of the template.
- Folder: Indicates the folder where the template is located.
- Total Uses: Shows the number of times the template has been used.
- Delivery Rate: Displays the percentage of text messages delivered versus sent.
- Package Open Rate: Displays the percentage of packages opened versus packages sent using the template. This is a good measure of how well your text message body is performing.
Note: The only case where a package may not show as opened, even if it was viewed, is when it contains only a single image file. This is because the image is displayed immediately, with no other content to trigger an interaction.
