The following are the Activity Log Status column results and their definitions, which you will see when sending messages and sharing packages:
All Pkgs Opened: All packages sent have been opened.
Note: The only case where a package may not show as opened, even if it was viewed, is when it contains only a single image file. This is because the image is displayed immediately, with no other content to trigger an interaction.
Complaint: Indicates if a recipient reported your email as spam. For more information on complaints, see the article named What is Email Spam.
Delivered: Your text message was successfully delivered.
Draft: The message was saved as a draft and can be sent at a later time from the History page.
Email Opened: Your email has been opened.
Emails Opened: Multiple emails have been opened.
Email Sent: Your email has been sent.
Failed: Your text message failed to deliver.
Hard Bounce: An email sent to an address that does not exist.
OOO: Out-of-Office
Pending: Vuepak is preparing to send your message.
Pkg Opened: Indicates that a package has been opened. A package is only marked as opened after the viewer interacts with its content.

Pkg Shared: The package has been shared on social media or via a link to the package.
Pkgs Shared: Multiple packages have been shared on social media or via a link to the package.
Resent: The package or packages have been resent via email from the History page.
Resume: Appears when Vuepak has paused an email blast due to too many Hard Bounces or Complaints. You can resume sending once you clean your address book. For more information, see the articles named Cleaning your Address Books and How Vuepak Attempts to Prevent Email Bounces. Resume can also appear if your email integration has disconnected. For more information, see Email Integration. Once you resolve the issue, you can go to History and click Resume on the paused entry to send your message.
Scheduled: An email or text message has been scheduled to be sent at a future date.
Soft Bounce: A valid email address returned due to a full inbox or server issues.
Some Pkgs Opened: After sending multiple packages at once, only some have been opened.

Unsubscribed: This recipient has unsubscribed from your email list.
Reply Icon: This icon appears when you have received a reply to either an email or a text message.
Lead Icon: This icon appears when leads respond by filling out the Response Form on a package or completing the required form after clicking a Link to Package. For more information on conversion results, please refer to the article named Converting Someone that Views a Package.
Convert Icon: This icon appears when the recipient clicks the call-to-action button on the package.
Note: It is very important to keep your Address Books clean and avoid both Complaints and Hard Bounces. Having too many can damage your domain reputation. To learn more about cleaning your Address Books and tools that can help, see the article named Cleaning Your Address Books.
