The Activity Log is where you can find a listing of the messages you have sent or the packages you shared, along with various options related to them.
Click Activity Log on the main menu to review your results.
You are now on the Activity Log page.
The following is a breakdown of each column and its features:
The Name column displays what was sent or shared. If multiple packages were sent at once, it will show the total number of packages instead of individual names.
Click the View icon to preview the package(s).
For messages without a package:

"Email" will appear for email messages

"Text" will appear for text messages
The Sent To column displays the recipient’s name and email address if an email was sent, or their name and mobile number if a text message was sent.
When packages are shared, this column also shows the location where the package was shared.
To view the content:

Click the Email icon to view the email

Click the Text icon to view the text message
When packages are shared, this column also shows the location where the package was shared such as a social site, blog or other. To learn more about sharing, see the article titled Sharing Packages on Social Media and Beyond.
If you would like to view the email you sent, click the Email icon in the Sent To column.
To forward an email message, click the Forward icon. If the message includes a package, it will be forwarded as well.
Note: If the entry contains multiple packages and one or more have been deleted, Vuepak will only forward the remaining available packages.
Clicking the View icon will display when the package was opened, along with the date and time of the opening.
If your message includes a link, such as "Book Demo" or any other, and the link is clicked, the link icon will appear. Clicking the icon will display the date and time the link was clicked.
When sending individually to more than one email recipient, the Multi-recipient icon appears instead of the View icon. Clicking on it will show a list of all your recipients and their results. The Multi-recipient icon also appears when you share through Link to Package and activate the form to collect new leads. It will show when more than one lead registers to view a package. Clicking on the icon allows you to view the individual results for each person who viewed the package. You can learn more by reading the article titled Sharing Packages on Social Media and Beyond.
The Date Sent column displays the date and time when the message was sent or a package was shared. If the message is scheduled for a future date, that scheduled date and time will be shown instead.
When you share a package using Link to Package, you will see a link icon. Clicking it will copy the link to your clipboard so you can paste it anywhere you like.
The Status column shows the status of your message or package(s). For specifics on status results, please see the article titled Activity Log Status Column Results and Definitions.
The Status column will display icons indicating message replies and conversion results for each entry. The reply icon will appear if you've received an email or text response. If an entry has leads associated with the package, it will display the Leads icon.
If the package is using the Link Button and there has been a conversion, you will see the Conversion icon instead.

The Interest column displays a Green bar graph with a percentage, representing the media content viewed and the duration of that viewing when applicable. This provides a quick way to gauge how interested your recipient is in your materials based on engagement.
When you send to multiple individual recipients at once, you will see the combined results for all recipients, along with an average. In this case, the bar graph will be Blue.
The File Views column indicates whether the package or packages have received any views. The results are displayed as follows:
a) No Views: Indicates that the package has not had any file views.
b) Views: Shown when package files have been viewed.
c) Total Views: Displayed when you send or share a package with multiple recipients.
d) Nothing: When the entry is an email or text message that does not include a package.
You can click the View icon to visit the Views page and review the package media results. See Package Views to learn more.
When you send multiple packages at once, you will see a dropdown for either Views or Total Views. Clicking on it will list the packages you sent, allowing you to select a package to see its results. A Green Dot confirms that the package has received file views, while a Red Dot indicates that the package has not had any file views. Clicking the package name in the dropdown will take you to the Views page. To learn more about the Views page, please see the article titled Package Views.
Note: In the Activity Log, you can use the Search box to search by package name, shared location name, recipient name, or email address. Click the X inside the search field to display all your entries again. Additionally, all columns have a sorting feature next to the column name, allowing you to display the results alphabetically.
