When someone views a package and its contents, the results will appear in the Activity Log. Vuepak can show you how many times files have been viewed and, in the case of video, audio, and documents, it can indicate how long they were viewed. The View Details page will provide the view and download results for each individual file in a package.
Follow these steps to review these results:
1. Click Activity Log on the main menu.
2. Select an entry and click Views.
3. Select a file and click Details.
Video File Example
The File Name column will display the name of the file, and in the case of video and audio files, it will include the total duration time in parentheses.
The File Activity column will indicate when any file was viewed or downloaded.
The Duration column will show how long each video or audio file has been viewed or heard. You can quickly compare performance by looking at the total duration time next to the file name.
Document Example
For documents, the File Name column will display the name of the file along with its total pages in parentheses.
The Total Duration column appears only for documents, showing how much time was spent reading all of the document's pages.
In the Page Detail column, you will see Page Views. Clicking on Page Views will break down how much time was spent reading each page.
A single page entry appears when the document is set to standard mode within the package, while a two-page entry will appear when the document is set to magazine mode.
Note: There is a maximum of 30 minutes per page view. If any page shows that it was viewed for the full 30 minutes, it likely means the recipient walked away from the computer or device and left the document open.
Images and Downloads will display the date and time when the file was viewed or downloaded.
