The Admin Panel Dashboard allows the Administrator to monitor account usage at a glance. To access the Dashboard page, follow these steps:
1. Click Admin Panel on the main menu.
2. Click Dashboard.
The Dashboard is divided into four sections:
a) Users
b) Packages
c) Storage
d) Streaming
User Section
The text in the upper left displays your account details, broken down as follows:
- Company Name: Your company name.
- Plan: Your subscription plan.
- Plan Users: The number of users included in your plan.
- Add-On Users: Appears if you’ve added additional users to your plan.
- Total Available Users: The total number of users available, which includes both plan users and add-on users.
- Registered Users: The number of user accounts currently in use.
- Available Users: The remaining number of available user accounts.
Below, you will see columns displaying Name, Email, Status, and Account Type. The available account types are Admin and User.
Packages Section
The text in the upper left displays your account details, broken down as follows:
- Company Name: Your company name.
- Plan: Your subscription plan.
- Plan Packages: The number of packages included in your plan.
- Add-On Packages: Appears if you’ve purchased additional packages for your plan.
- Total Available Packages: The total number of packages, including both plan and add-on packages.
- Created Packages: The total number of packages you have created.
- Remaining Packages: Appears if there is a package limit on your account, showing the remaining available packages.
The columns will display the Package Name and the total number of files by category that have been added to each package. The categories are Video, Audio, Images, Documents, and Downloads.
Storage Section
The text in the upper left displays your account details, broken down as follows:
- Company Name: Your company name.
- Plan: Your subscription plan.
- Plan Storage: The storage included in your plan.
- Add-On Storage: Appears if you’ve purchased additional storage for your plan.
- Total Available Storage: The total amount of storage, including both plan and add-on storage.
- Used Storage: The amount of storage used during the billing period.
- Remaining Storage: The remaining storage available during the billing period.
Note: This information is updated every 24 hours.
You can also click the Select Billing Period dropdown to review other periods.
Hint: There are two graphs showing your used and remaining storage, as well as the percentage of storage used by each package. Always check the Recycle Bin in the package upload section under Create Packages, as you may have files that are using storage but are no longer needed.
The columns will display the Package Name and the amount of Storage each package is consuming. This amount is calculated based on your billing period.
Streaming Section
The text in the upper left displays your account details, broken down as follows:
- Company Name: Your company name.
- Plan: Your subscription plan.
- Plan Streaming: The monthly streaming included in your plan.
- Add-On Streaming: Appears if you’ve purchased additional monthly streaming for your plan.
- Used Streaming: The amount of streaming used during the billing period.
- Total Available Streaming: The total amount of monthly streaming, including both plan and add-on streaming.
- Remaining Streaming: The remaining streaming available during the billing period.
Note: This information is updated every 24 hours.
You can also click the Select Billing Period dropdown to review other periods.
The columns will display the Package Name and the amount of Streaming each package is consuming. This amount is calculated based on your billing period.
Important Note: Vuepak will never prevent you from sending your packages based on your storage and streaming plan limits. Instead, you will receive overage warnings via email when you reach 80% and 100% of your plan usage. We encourage you to read the article titled Storage and Streaming Overages to learn more about overage fees and explore more cost-effective options.
