Introduction to My Account

The My Account page allows you to update your personal information and preferences. To access it, follow these steps:

1. Click your profile icon (Avatar) in the upper right corner.

2. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.

Please note that most of these fields are optional, but completing them will help you make the best use of your account features. By filling in these details, you can use your information as placeholders when sending messages and include your branding effectively. This information is solely for your own use.

On the left side of the page, you'll find fields related to your company information. These fields can only be completed by an account Administrator. To learn more about user types and permissions, refer to the Adding Users to Your Account section.

The Administrator also has the option to upload the company's logo. This logo can appear on emails sent by all users and when fields are required to access a package. For best results, upload your company logo as a transparent PNG image.

Important Note: Please add a link to your Privacy Policy in the Privacy Policy field. This link will appear when a form is required to collect leads from social media or other sources. Many social media platforms have specific privacy policy requirements, and it is your responsibility to review and ensure compliance with those standards.

On the right side, you'll find fields for your personal information. If you upload a photo and enter your phone number, these will appear on the Response Form included with your Packages. The information in these fields can also be used as placeholders when sending messages.

Placeholders are dynamic fields in a message that will be automatically populated with specific information when you send out messages. For example, if you are using a template to send an email to multiple recipients, you can use the First Name placeholder in your salutation, such as "Dear {{first_name}}." Vuepak will then populate each recipient's first name in the email. The Placeholder icon looks like this: {}, and you'll find it in the bottom right corner under the message field.

In Vuepak, Placeholders are divided into two categories:

a) Contact Placeholders

These are related to the recipient you are contacting. The following options are available:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Mobile
• Job Title
• Company Name

b) My Placeholders

These are related to you and your company. They are based on the information you entered on the My Account page. The following options are available:
