Billing Page
On the Billing page, you will find a summary of your subscription and your invoices. To access the Billing page, follow these steps:
1. Click your profile avatar in the upper right corner.
2. Select Billing from the dropdown menu.
Your subscription summary appears on the upper left.
You can view, download, and print your invoices by clicking the Invoice Number.
You can update your billing information by clicking Update Billing Info.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan by clicking Change My Plan.
You can cancel your subscription by clicking Cancel My Subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Vuepak account at any time. A canceled subscription will remain active through the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, the subscription will terminate, and you will no longer be billed.
Note: If your account has a past-due invoice in dunning, canceling the subscription will not stop collection efforts for that outstanding invoice.
Termination
A canceled subscription will terminate at the end of its renewal date. You will retain full access to your account until your next scheduled billing date. After that, the account will be terminated. You may reactivate your account at any time. However, due to associated costs, any leased phone numbers and uploaded files will only remain available until your subscription expires. For this reason, we recommend exporting or saving any important information before completing your cancellation.
Reactivating Your Subscription After Cancellation
If you’ve changed your mind and wish to reactivate your subscription, the process is simple.
- After Expiration/Renewal Date: If your subscription has already passed its expiration or renewal date, you will be redirected to the product plan page the next time you attempt to log in. To reactivate, select a new subscription plan and update your credit card information.
- Before Expiration/Renewal Date: If your subscription has not yet expired, you can reactivate your account by logging in and following these steps:
1. Click your profile avatar in the upper right corner.
2. Select Billing from the dropdown menu.
3. Click Reactivate Subscription
