To email packages to a contact in an address book, follow these steps:
1. Click Send Packages on the main menu and select Email Packages.
2. Check the package(s) you wish to send.
3. In the First Name field, click the Send to Contacts dropdown.
4. Check the contacts you wish to add and click Add Selected Addresses. The selected contacts will appear in the Step 2: Confirm section below.
Important Note: You are limited to a maximum of 100 recipients using this method. To learn how to send to a larger list of recipients, please see the article titled Emailing Packages to an Entire Address Book.
Hint: To add contacts individually, you can also click Add this address.
As an additional option, you can add a contact using the search function. Enter the desired contact's name or email in the Search field and click on the name to add it. The contact will then appear in the Step 2: Confirm section below.
Note: You can select a maximum of 500 contacts to send to at once. If you need to send to more than the limit, you can either send to an entire address book or use sequences instead.
Important Note: Like any email client, when you add multiple contacts to the To field, everyone will receive the same message. Therefore, the tracking results will be an aggregate of all recipients. They will also be able to see who else the message was sent to. Vuepak offers you the option to send the message to your selected contacts individually. This way you will also be able to track the results for each recipient. You will also be able to see totals and averages of all results combined. To use this option, checkmark Send and Track Results for Each Contact Individually.
5. Click Ok
To remove addresses from the Step 2 Confirm section, click Remove This Address next to each address you want to delete.
Alternatively, you can use the checkboxes next to each address to select multiple addresses for removal. Once you've selected the addresses to be removed, click Remove All Selected Addresses.
