To email a package to an entire address book, follow these steps:
1. Click Send Packages on the main menu and select Email Packages.
2. Checkmark the package you wish to send.
3. In the First Name field, click the Send to Contacts dropdown and select Send to Address Book. This will enable you to send the message to the address book and all of its contacts at once.
4. Checkmark any address book and click Add Selected Address Books. You will see that the address book has been added to the Step 2 Confirm section below.
Hint: You can also click Add this address book.
As an additional option, you can add an address book using the search feature. Enter the desired address book name in the Search field and click on its name to add it. It will then appear in the Step 2 Confirm section below.
Note: By default, the option to Send and tracks results for each contact individually is selected. This allows you to track the results for each recipient, as well as see totals and averages of all results combined.
5. Click OK.
To remove address books from the Step 2 Confirm section, click Remove this address book on any entry.
Alternatively, you can use the checkbox next to each address book to select it for removal. Once you've selected the address books to be removed, click Remove Selected Address Books.
Important Note: You are responsible for ensuring that you do not exceed your email provider's daily limits listed below.
Microsoft 365: Daily recipients: 5,000 | Maximum recipients per message: 500 | Daily unique recipients: 1,000
Gmail: Daily recipients: 500 | Maximum recipients per message: 100 | Daily unique recipients: 500
Google Workspace: Daily recipients: 2,000 | Maximum recipients per message: 100 | Daily unique recipients: 10,000
