Your recipients can report emails as spam from their email clients, just as you may have seen the option in your own email client. When a recipient marks your email as spam, it is reported to your email service provider, and Vuepak will record it as a complaint. If the recipient is in one of your address books, Vuepak will automatically move them to the cleaned list, preventing you from accidentally sending more messages to the same contact and potentially generating additional complaints.
You should treat any abuse report as a warning that recipients are unhappy with your outreach. If you receive more complaints than just a few, it's crucial to take this seriously.
