What is a Sequence?

A Sequence is an easy way to automate follow-ups. It consists of steps that can include sending emails, text messages, and completing tasks such as making phone calls. After creating a sequence, you can add and configure its steps, including scheduling when they will be executed. For example:

• Day 1: Send an Auto Email at 3:00 PM
• Day 4: Send an Auto Email at 9:00 AM
• Day 10: Send an Auto Text Message at 11:00 AM
• Day 15: Task - Make a follow-up phone call at 4:00 PM

Because a sequence is automated, all you need to do is add contacts to it, and it will handle sending all the messages for you. It will also add any manual tasks to your task list.

There are three types of sequences:

a) My Sequences: These are sequences that are only available to you.

b) Team Sequences: These are sequences that are accessible to all team members in your company account.
