Cleaning Your Address Books

At Vuepak, we help subscribers maintain healthy email lists in their address books to support consistent inbox deliverability. Newly uploaded contacts should be validated before being added to a sequence to help reduce bounce rates. In addition, because leads can change jobs over time, your list may occasionally need to be updated and revalidated.

To validate your entire address book, click Verify All Emails in the Manage section of your address book. To validate specific contacts, select one or more contacts using the checkbox, click Action, and then choose Verify Emails. You can also easily see which contact email addresses have already been verified.

Email Service Providers (ESPs), anti-spam organizations, and corporate email protection services enforce thresholds for spam complaints, undeliverable mail, and unsubscribe requests. Staying within these thresholds helps protect your domain reputation and improves the chances that your emails will reach the inbox.

This service includes a small per-contact fee. Please contact your administrator to make sure credits are available. This setting is located on the admin’s Billing page under My Account.
