On the Sequence Settings tab, you can configure various options for each sequence.
To view the Sequence Settings tab, follow these steps:
1. Click Sequences on the main menu.
Important Note: In the upper right corner of the Sequences page, you will find the Settings Template. This template serves as the starting point for all newly created sequences.
2. Click the view icon next to the sequence name.
3. Select the Settings tab.
The following are the Sequence Settings options. Some can be toggled on or off, while others have dropdown selections:
Email Accounts: Lists the email accounts you have added on the Email Integration page. You can enable these accounts for use with the sequence by toggling the switch on each entry. Additionally, you can set a daily limit for each account. The sequence will alternate sending messages between the accounts. For example, if you have two email accounts and need to send 20 emails, 10 emails will be sent using one account and the other 10 will be sent using the other account. Be sure to keep track of your provider's daily sending limits.
Microsoft 365: Daily recipients: 5,000 | Maximum recipients per message: 500 | Daily unique recipients: 1,000
Gmail: Daily recipients: 500 | Maximum recipients per message: 100 | Daily unique recipients: 500
Google Workspace: Daily recipients: 2,000 | Maximum recipients per message: 100 | Daily unique recipients: 10,000
Email Graphic Template: Provides a dropdown menu to select one of the available graphic templates for presenting your package in the email. Clicking on Sample will show you how each template looks. These will only be used when sending packages.
Opened Package Notification: When a package is opened by any contact, you will receive an email notification, letting you know that it is being reviewed at that moment.
Opened Package Notification Every Time: You will receive an email notification each time a package is opened by the same contact. Be aware that if you have many contacts in the sequence, you may receive numerous notifications.
Execute on Weekdays Only: Emails, texts, or posts will not be scheduled on weekends. Any actions scheduled for the weekend will be executed on the following Monday.
Do Not Execute on Holidays: Emails, texts, or posts will not be scheduled on holidays. Any actions scheduled for a holiday will be executed on the following working day. To select the holidays on which you do not want messages sent, follow these steps:
- Click Holiday Setting.
- Select your country from the dropdown menu, then click Search.
- Checkmark the holidays you wish to exclude, then click Update.
- Click Holiday Setting again to close the settings.
Note: If you have already set holidays for this year, Vuepak will automatically carry them over to the next year. No action is required on your part.
Delivery Timezone: Emails, texts, and posts will be executed according to the time zone selected from the dropdown menu.
You can also choose to:
- Use the contact’s time zone if specified on the contact’s record in the address book. Note: If no time zone is specified for the contact, the timezone will default to the one selected in the dropdown.
- Use Vuepak user's timezone.
If both options are selected, the contact’s time zone will take priority. If no time zone is specified for the contact, the Vuepak user's time zone will be used.
Permissions: Set the availability and editing rights for the sequence based on the following options:
- My Sequence: The sequence is only accessible to you.
- Team Read Only: Team members in your company can view and use the sequence but cannot make changes.
- Team Read Write: Team members can both use and modify the sequence.
- Reseller Read Only: Resellers can use the sequence but cannot make any changes.

Stops on Any Email Communication: The contact exits the sequence if they send you any email communication outside of the sequence.
Stops on Any Text Messages: The contact exits the sequence if they exchange text messages with you outside of the sequence.
Stops if Connected: The contact exits the sequence if you mark a manual call task as completed, indicating that you have connected with the contact.
