To have AI create your sequence, follow these steps:
1. On the main menu, click Sequences.
2. Click Create Sequence.
3. Click AI Assisted.
. Complete the following fields:

Company or Product Name:
Enter the name of your company or product. -
Customer Pain Points:
Describe the challenges your customers are facing. Pain points should be articulated clearly. Examples include:- Wasting time on recruiting
- Processing payroll and taxes
- Sourcing contractors for buyouts

Value Proposition:
Explain how your company, product or service resolves these challenges. This should present your solution. For example:- End-to-end talent recruiting and management
- Available 7 days a week and after hours
- Subcontracted support for events

Call to Action:
Specify your desired outcome. For example, "Book a Meeting." -
Overview:
Provide a description of your company, product or service. -
Manual Instructions:
This field can serve various purposes. For example, you can instruct the AI to mention specific customer names or avoid particular phrases, such as "Avoid phrases like 'introducing you to my company.'"
Note: Keep instructions brief and specific for optimal results. Providing too many instructions may reduce effectiveness.
7. Select your options for your sequence:
- Sequence Steps: Use this dropdown to select the total number of steps you'd like the AI to include in your sequence. Email steps are always included by default, and the total you select will include all step types combined.
- Language: This dropdown allows you to select from several output languages for your sequence messages.
- Include # Text Message Steps: If you have purchased a phone number, you can select how many text message steps you'd like to include in your sequence.

Include # Call Task Steps: Select how many Call Task steps you'd like to include in your sequence. The AI will provide suggested talking points for each call.

Include # Manual Task Steps: Select how many Manual Task steps you'd like to include in your sequence. The AI will provide suggested actions, such as social media connection requests or liking posts.
8. Click Generate New Sequence
Note: Vuepak will remember what you wrote in these fields. If you’re not satisfied with the sequence AI created, you can always return and make changes. If you prefer to start from scratch, clicking Reset will clear all fields.
Hint: If you return and do not make any changes, clicking Generate New Sequence will produce a result identical to the previous sequence.
9. This is a sequence draft where you can review your content and make changes. Click the down arrow to expand and view the messages in each step.
Click "Add Package" to include a package in any step. A side panel will open, allowing you to make your selection. Click "Add Package" again to close the panel. You can always add or remove a package after saving your sequence.
Important Note: If you make manual changes and then go back to regenerate, those changes will be lost. Therefore it is best to save your sequence and then make the manual changes.
10. Click Save Sequence. You will be able to make changes after saving.
You will now see your new sequence listed.

Note: When you create a Team Sequence, it will appear under the My Sequences dropdown since you are its creator. Your team will find it in this same dropdown under Team Sequences.
On the Sequences page, you can identify it as a Team Sequence by the Team icon next to the sequence name.
