The Contacts Tab provides an overview of where the contacts are in the sequence.
To view the Contacts Tab, follow these steps:
1. Click Sequences on the main menu.
2. Click the view icon next to the sequence name.
3. Click the Contacts tab.
The Contacts Tab provides an overview of the status of contacts in the sequence:

Total: Displays the total number of contacts added to this sequence.

Active: Shows the number of contacts currently active in the sequence.

Paused: Shows the number of contacts currently paused, either manually, due to an Out-of-Office reply or by an email soft bounce.
- Pending: These contacts have not yet been processed and are either queued based on your sequence limit settings or are waiting on a manual task that has not been completed.

Failed Steps: Shows the number of contacts that experienced message delivery failures.

Replies: Displays the percentage of contacts that have replied.

Connected: Indicates the percentage of contacts you have connected with through a call task.

Finished: Shows the number of contacts that have completed the sequence, either by finishing it without a reply or being manually marked as finished.

Exited: Displays the percentage of contacts that have exited the sequence based on the rules set in the sequence settings tab.

Unsubscribed: Shows the number of contacts that have unsubscribed from receiving your emails.

Unenrolled: Indicates the percentage of contacts that have been unenrolled.

Deleted: Displays the number of contacts removed from the address book who went through the sequence.
On the Contacts Table, you can view the contacts added to the sequence and their current status. You can filter by status using the dropdown menu.
Table Columns and Descriptions:

Name: Displays the name of the contact added to the sequence.

Company: Shows the company where the contact works, as recorded in your address book.

Date Added: Indicates the date the contact was added to the sequence.

Status: Displays the contact's current status. Possible status results include:
- Active: The contact is currently progressing through the sequence.
- Paused: The contact has been manually paused in the sequence.
- Pending: The contact has a pending task that must be completed before moving on in the sequence.
- Finished: The contact has completed the sequence without responding.
- Failed: The contact could not be reached due to a technical issue, or because the mobile number is missing or incorrect. Contacts who experience a failed text message step will still continue to other steps in the sequence, such as email or tasks.
- Replied: The contact has responded to your email or text.
- Exited: The contact has exited the sequence following a reply.
- Unsubscribed: The contact has opted out of receiving further email communication.
- Unenrolled: The contact was removed from the sequence. The reason for removal will be displayed in parentheses.
Note: Select Unenrolled to view contacts that were automatically removed from the sequence due to email bounces.

- Steps: Shows the current step the contact is on. Hovering over the step icon will display step details. Dimmed icons represent scheduled steps.
Actions for Contacts in the Sequence:
For contacts actively going through the sequence, a checkbox option will appear. When checked, an Action dropdown provides the following options:
- Pause: Pauses the contact at the current step in the sequence.
- Resume: Restarts the contact from the point where it was paused.
- Mark Exited with Reply: Exits the contact from the sequence, useful if a callback was received.
- Mark Finished without Reply: Changes the contact’s status to finished.
- Move to Step: Moves the contact to a specific step in the sequence.
- Unenroll: Removes the contact from the sequence.
