Activity Log Tab

To review the Sequence Activity Log tab, follow these steps:

1. Click Sequences on the main menu.

2. Click the View icon next to the sequence name.

3. Click the Activity Log tab.

The Activity Log tab blocks show the current status of messages and contacts as they go through the sequence:

• Sent: Shows the total number of messages sent.
• Text Msgs Delivered: Shows the percentage of text messages delivered.
• Emails Opened: Shows the percentage of emails opened.
• Packages Opened: Shows the percentage of packages opened.

Note: The only case where a package may not show as opened, even if it was viewed, is when it contains only a single image file. This is because the image is displayed immediately, with no other content to trigger an interaction.

• Replies: Shows the percentage of text message and email replies received.
• Bounced: Shows the percentage of emails that have bounced.
• Unsubscribed: Shows the percentage of contacts that have unsubscribed and no longer wish to receive messages.

The Sequence Activity Log tab displays the same results as the Activity Log, but it specifically shows results related to the sequence. For more details on how the Activity Log works, please refer to the article titled Introduction to the Activity Log.
