To open the sequence page, click Sequences on the main menu.
The Sequence page provides an overview of basic sequence results at a glance.
The following is a breakdown of its columns:
-
Status: Allows you to turn the sequence on or off.
-
Sequences: Displays the sequence name along with the number of steps and the duration in days. Clicking the name or the view icon opens the sequence overview tab, where you can see its steps. Sequences with the team icon
indicate those created to be shared with your team.
-
Active: Shows the number of contacts currently going through the sequence.
-
Exited: Shows the number of contacts that have exited the sequence based on the exit rules set in the settings tab.
-
Finished: Shows the number of contacts that completed the sequence without replying and those manually marked as finished.
-
Messages Sent: Shows the total number of messages sent to contacts in the sequence.
-
Messages Opened: Displays the percentage of email messages opened combined with the percentage of text messages delivered.
- Packages Opened: Shows the percentage of sent packages that have been opened.
Note: The only case where a package may not show as opened, even if it was viewed, is when it contains only a single image file. This is because the image is displayed immediately, with no other content to trigger an interaction.
-
Replies: Indicates the percentage of sent messages that received a reply.
Important Note: Reply results are based on all messages sent, including those to the same contact who may receive multiple messages while transitioning through different sequence steps. For reply results specific to contacts, refer to the contact tab.
-
Checkbox: Selecting the checkbox displays the Action dropdown with the following options:
-
Edit: Opens the edit sequence popup, allowing changes to the sequence name and its permissions. Permissions can only be changed if the sequence has not been activated.
-
Clone: Creates a copy of the sequence and its steps, allowing you to rename it and make additions and changes.
-
Pause: Pauses the sequence.
-
Delete: Deletes the sequence.
-
The Sequence Type dropdown filters sequences by the following categories:
-
My Sequences: Sequences that are exclusive to you.
-
Team Sequences: Sequences that have been shared with team members within your company.
-
Reseller Sequences: Sequences assigned to resellers if you have resellers in your account. Note: Resellers will not be able to edit or clone assigned sequences.
-
A Company Name: If a company has invited you to join Vuepak as a reseller and assigned sequences to you, the company name will appear in the dropdown. Selecting it will display the sequences that have been assigned to you by that company.
Settings Template: This is the default settings configuration applied to all newly created sequences. After a new sequence is created, you can adjust the individual settings as needed. Learn more about sequence settings.
