The Tasks tab displays the task steps that have been added to the sequence.
To access the Tasks tab, follow these steps:
1. Click Sequences on the main menu.
2. Click the view icon next to the sequence name.
3. Select the Tasks tab.
The Tasks tab displays blocks that show the current status of tasks:
- Total: Displays the total number of contacts with tasks. Contacts that have not yet reached the task step in the sequence are not included.
- Today: Shows the number of tasks due today.
- Overdue: Shows the number of tasks that are overdue.
- Completed: Displays the number of tasks that have been completed.
The tasks table displays the following columns for each task:
- Title: The name given to the task.
- Outcome: The result for call tasks (e.g., Busy, Connected, Left Voicemail, Missed, No Answer, Wrong Number).
- Contact: The name of the contact related to the task.
- Company: The company the contact works for.
- Status: The current status of the task (Due Today, Overdue, or Completed).
- Due Date: The date the task is due.
- Due Time: The time the task is due.
Tasks can be marked as completed by clicking the checkbox circle.
If you click the pencil icon next to the task title, a side panel will open, allowing you to edit the task.
Optional: Click Ask AI to access helpful features.
Note: If a task and the following step are both scheduled for the same day, and you complete the task after the next step’s execution time, that next step will execute the following day at the scheduled time. If your sequence settings are configured to avoid weekends and holidays, the step will execute on the next working day.
Note: If you edit a task related to a sequence step by changing its date and time, the following step will be executed at the scheduled time, based on the set day interval, after the task is completed. However, if you edit a task that has already been completed and the contact has moved to the next step in the sequence, changes to the task will have no effect on the contact’s progression in the sequence.
