Welcome to Vuepak!

Vuepak is a multimedia platform designed for automated message delivery and streamlined content presentation.

Key Features:

Packages:
Users can upload their media content to create presentations known as Packages. Each package serves as a landing page that showcases multimedia files through dedicated players and viewers.

File Types:
Upload multiple file types, including video, audio, images, and documents. Other file types will be restricted to download only.

Branding:
Packages can be branded by adding a product logo, product image, and a short description.

Call-to-Action:
Packages can feature a call-to-action button to drive conversions. This button can open a form to collect contact information or link to a shopping cart, survey, or any other site or landing page.

Sharing Options:
Packages can be sent via email and text message, shared on social media, and you can generate a shareable link for use anywhere on the web. For social media or shareable links, you have the option to require a completed form to view the package in order to collect leads.

Account Management:
Vuepak is designed for companies. The account admin signs up and can add users to the company account. The administrator assigns packages to other users so they can send or share them. Users can be granted edit privileges to modify packages or "Create Packages" permissions to make new ones.

Email Templates:
Create email templates for quick and consistent outreach via email and text messages.

Tasks Management:
Vuepak includes a Tasks page to help you add and manage your work tasks efficiently.

Automated Outreach with Sequences:
Automate your prospect outreach using Sequences, which consist of steps that happen over time. For example, send Email 1 on Day 1, Email 2 three days later, a text message five days later, followed by a Call Task six days later. These actions can be scheduled at user-specified times, and packages can be sent through Sequences.

AI Features: Vuepak includes AI-powered tools that assist in generating content for your sequences and templates. By answering a few questions, you can let AI create customized outreach sequences, including text messages and call tasks, tailored to your audience's needs.

Support for Resellers:
A company using Vuepak can create packages for its products, write email and text templates, and design sequences. These packages and sequences can then be assigned to a reseller network quickly. Any updates or changes can be made from the company's account.

Analytics and Reporting:
Vuepak offers detailed analytics for messaging and package results, allowing you to evaluate performance by individual recipient or by campaign. Company totals show results for all packages sent by all users, helping you assess media content effectiveness. You can also review your Reseller results and help them become better performers.

Address Books:
Users can maintain as many address books as needed, allowing you to group contacts by region, type, or other criteria.

Email Integration:
To send messages via email, integrate your Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and personal Gmail, accounts on the Email Integration page. For text messaging, you will need to purchase a phone number from the SMS Settings page.

Help and Support:
On the upper right of most pages, you’ll find a Help icon. The dropdown offers access to our help center for answers or specific articles related to the features of the page you’re on. A chat icon on the bottom right is always available for immediate assistance if you are on plan that includes chat support.
