If I Cancel My Subscription, Can I Reactivate Later?

You can cancel your Vuepak subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, but please note that all payments are non-refundable. You will retain full access to your account until your next scheduled billing date. After that, the account will be terminated.

You may reactivate your account at any time. However, due to associated costs, any leased phone numbers and uploaded files will only remain available until your subscription expires. For this reason, we recommend exporting or saving any important information before completing your cancellation.
