With Vuepak, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. All changes take effect immediately. When downgrading or changing billing cycles, any amount already paid will be credited toward your new plan. Only the Company Administrator can make these changes. To learn more about user roles, please see the article titled Description of User Permissions (Admin).
1. To upgrade or downgrade, click the Avatar in the upper right corner.
2. Click Billing.
3. Click Change My Plan.
4. Select a Plan.
5. Choose any Add-Ons and specify the quantity you would like to include with your plan, such as additional users and storage.
6. Click Change Plan.
Note: If you are downgrading and your current usage exceeds the maximum allowed on your new plan, you will see a page outlining the required changes to proceed. You must complete these changes before you can downgrade.
