Message templates can provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of your subject lines and the content of your messages. To review the effectiveness of your templates, follow these steps:
1. On the main menu, click Template Log.
2. Use the dropdowns to filter and select which results you would like to review. You have three options:
a) My Templates or Team Templates.
b) Templates sent via Email or Text Message.
c) Timeframe.
When selecting Templates sent via Email, you will see the following details:
- Template Name: The name of the template used.
- Folder Location: The location of the template within your folders.
- Total Uses: Indicates how many times the template has been used.
- Email Open Rate: Reveals how effective your subject line was in getting your email opened.
- Package Open Rate: Shows how effective your email message was in prompting recipients to view your package.
You can copy any template from My Templates to any folder in the Team Templates category by clicking Share It. This action will make the template available to everyone on your team.
When viewing Templates sent via Text Message, you will see the template name, folder location, Total Uses, Delivery Rate, and Package Open Rate. Here's how to interpret these results:
- Template Name: The name of the template used.
- Folder Location: The location of the template within your folders.
- Total Uses: Indicates how many times the template has been used.

Delivery Rate: Shows the percentage of text messages delivered compared to those that failed.
